If you are looking to strengthen your abdomen or lower back as well as maintain or improve posture, then Pilates is for you. It also has a strong mind/body connection and is a terrific form of exercise to rehabilitate injury, ease chronic pain and work on muscle imbalances.
I can treat a range of issues and have advanced training with neck and shoulder pain for migraine. Regular massage can help relieve tired, achy muscles and help with chronic discomfort.
