Pilates Classes
My friendly Pilates classes are small group with maximum of 11 participants per class so you receive individual attention, ensuring I can monitor progressions and ensure accurate execution of all exercises. All small equipment is provided, you will just need to bring along a mat - if you don't have one, I have spares!
