During our first appointment together, we will have a 5 - 10 minute consultation to discuss your current health, problems and relevant medical history. It is important for me to understand any issues you may be having and what you'd like to achieve from our time together.

 

In preparation for our session, please wear loose, comfortable clothing and provide a space to set up a massage table.

 

Depending on the issue, appointments typically last 60 minutes, which includes a consultation, setup and pack down.
